Vine’s salad


  • 1 Alion mix lettuce pack
  • 1 bunch of Sultana grapes
  • 1 bunch of Verico grapes
  • 1 bunch of Attikis grapes
  • ¼ beam chopped dill Alion
  • 1/2 lime
  • 3 to 4 peeled figs
  • A few Mozzarella balls (cherry size)


For the dressing press a few grapes, mix in the juice of half a lime, add a spoon of olive oil, and a pinch of salt.


Set up the plate, arrange the leaves, the grapes, the pieces of figs and the mozzarella balls. Drizzle well with the dressing. Toss well. Enjoy!

Vine Salad

 What will you need?

  • 100 g. unsalted butter
  • 100 g. flour
  • 2 lt. vegetable broth
  • 100g spinach Alion
  • ¼ beam chopped dill Alion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Alion fresh aromatic herbs (rosemary, bay leaves)

How to prepare it?

Slightly sauté the spinach. Then in a separate, small saucepan melt the butter with the flour. Add the stock, the herbs of your choice and season well. Add the melted spinach to the saucepan and let it cook for about 20 minutes. Mix or blend the soup and finish it with fresh cream and a beaten egg yolk. Add lemon juice if you like. You can garnish with chopped dill or with baby spinach leaves. Enjoy!

How will you be ready?

Lightly sauté spinach. Below in a separate small pot, cook the butter with the flour slightly. Add the broth, herbs of your choice and alatopiperṓste. Add the grilled spinach and melted and bake for approximately 20 minutes. Step your soup from grinder or blender and finish with fresh cream and egg yolk scrambled. Add Lemon Juice If you think it necessary to the taste. Can Crispy Sage with finely chopped dill or little leaf spinach. Enjoy!
