By doing your exercises continuously, (as much as you can handle it of course), you keep your heart’s rate high and consequently you’ll burn more calories than if you would do breaks between sets of different exercises. The result: more calories burnt in a shorter period of time!
Exercise is not only lifting weights. Find a way to exercise that you enjoy. It is easier to do and continue doing things that we enjoy.
Take before and after photos of yourself. Nothing can be more inspiring than to see how far you have come.
Select healthier choices to have standby in your fridge when hunger strikes you, such as a bowl of strawberries or blueberries.
